Browsing

Public pages do not require an account. Hosting providers may process basic request logs to serve and protect the site. There are no advertising trackers or cross-site profiling scripts in the application.

Live product previews

On projects with “Try it here” available, the product’s own website loads inside the page by default. That site receives the connection and may use its own cookies, sign-in services and analytics under its privacy policy. Switching to screenshots closes the live preview. Projects that do not support embedded previews show screenshots instead.

AI questions

Your submitted question and the approved public career records are sent to OpenAI to select relevant evidence. Requests use the Responses API with storage disabled. Provider processing and retention are governed by the provider’s API terms and controls; this setting is not a promise of zero retention.

Please do not paste confidential job descriptions, personal identifiers, credentials or other sensitive information. The application does not save the text of public guide conversations. It keeps bounded usage counters and request outcomes to limit abuse and model usage.

Usage protection

The server uses a keyed hash of the network address for short-lived rate-limit counters. Raw network addresses and questions are not stored in the application database. Hosting infrastructure may maintain its own logs. Expired counters are removed on a scheduled cleanup.

Owner workspace

The private workspace uses an HTTP-only sign-in cookie. Job research and draft records are restricted to the owner and are excluded from public AI retrieval. Signing out removes the session cookie.
